Therapy for adolescents & young adults
Vista Point Counseling helps adolescents and young adults navigate identity, transition, and learning differently — therapy grounded in CBT and a deep understanding of the systems young people are up against.
A free 15-minute consultation is a low-pressure way to see if we’re a good fit.
Full sessions are booked through Headway, too — most major insurance accepted.
What we do
Adolescence and early adulthood ask a lot of young people — figuring out who they are, moving through big transitions, and doing it inside schools, families, and systems that don’t always make room for how they learn or who they’re becoming.
Vista Point offers a calm, credible place to work through that. Using cognitive behavioral therapy alongside a clear-eyed understanding of the pressures young people face, we help clients build real skills, steadier footing, and a clearer sense of the path ahead.
Vista Point Counseling is the practice of Heather Case, EdD, LMHC, a licensed mental health counselor who works with adolescents and young adults. She is also the author of college-admissions guides, available through From Stressed Out 2 Stand Out.
Room to explore who you are, apart from expectation and performance.
Steadier ground through the shifts of school, growing up, and what comes next.
Practical support for minds that don’t fit the standard mold — and the systems around them.
